Delivery and Returns

• LOCAL PICKUP: If ordered with Local Pickup, please call ahead to arrange pickup date and times to avoid disappointment. If this has not been prearranged, we may not be available.
• DELIVERY: Delivery is available up to 50KG. Larger orders are available, please call us for for details.
• Products can be returned up to 14 working days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This does not include frozen goods please see below under ‘Freezer Baits & Frozen Goods’
• Freezer products & frozen products will not be replaced or credited for any reason unless they are faulty. If they are faulty you must contact Primed Particle Co on 01252 265608 by phone within 24 hours of your delivery being made to notify a member of staff. Primed Particle Co will also not be liable to replace items from your order if any attempt to process (including air dry, soak, glug, heat, cure, soften or harden) your product has been made following delivery
• We are unable to accept part used returns of food, damaged products or frozen items (unless delivered damaged).

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not the item ordered this needs to be reported upon delivery to us

At Primed Particle Co we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy. We have made our terms clear and our charges transparent to avoid any surprises. We have split our returns policy up to make it clear how your order will be handled should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Return Address; To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return along with your order number and contact us once this is on the way back to us, wrap the package securely and send the item(s) to be returned to us at the address below within 14 working days from the date of delivery.  brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
